Floating wind is not only pioneering new technology, it is changing the way the energy industry thinks about project collaboration. Though less than 300MW of deepwater arrays are turning globally, 300GW is in the pipeline to be built: this reality has lead to a network of partnerships between developers, platform suppliers and turbine-makers taking shape, with more than 200 now connected via bid consortia or other cooperation deals.
