Over the course of the day, participants worked through the fundamentals of offshore wind commercial strategy, from LCoE composition and CAPEX / OPEX structures to revenue mechanisms, market policy, and competitive bid analysis. All grounded in real project data and auction cases, live business case modelling in Aegir Quant™, and hands-on stress testing and risk assessment exercises.
