Norway's first large-scale commercial floating wind projects are being prepared in the Vestavind B and Vestavind F areas. In early October, the government proposed a support budget of NOK 35bn (EUR 2.9bn) to fund the first support auction for floating projects.
But will it be enough to attract developers and realize the first floating project in Utsira Nord?
